The first column lists the groups surveyed. Data are presented in the next five columns. The second column is the total number of surveys sent. The third column is the total number that were unable to be delivered, and the fourth gives the adjusted total. The fifth column is the number of responses received, and the sixth column is the response rate. Data are presented for ILC consumers, researchers, stakeholders overall, ten subgroups of stakeholders, and overall totals.

ILC Consumers (persons with disabilities and their families). Two thousand fifteen surveys were sent. Fifteen were undelivered, for an adjusted total of two thousand. Responses received were five hundred fifty four. Response rate was twenty eight percent.

Researchers (NIDRR and OSEP). Four hundred three surveys were sent. None undelivered, for an adjusted total of four hundred three. Responses received were one hundred eighty. Response rate was forty five percent.

Stakeholders. Two thousand six hundred twenty two surveys were sent. Ninety three were undelivered, for an adjusted total of two thousand five hundred twenty nine. Responses received were five hundred eighty four. Response rate was twenty three percent.

Following are data for the ten subgroups within the overall Stakeholder group.

Committees on employment. Two hundred seventy five surveys were sent. Twenty one were undelivered, for an adjusted total of two hundred fifty four. Responses received were fifty eight. Response rate was twenty three percent.

Consumer-oriented groups. Three hundred four surveys were sent. Eleven were undelivered, for an adjusted total of two hundred ninety-three. Responses received were sixty eight. Response rate was twenty three percent.

Disability advocacy groups. One hundred thirty two surveys were sent. Eight were undelivered, for an adjusted total of one hundred twenty four. Responses received were thirty nine. Response rate was thirty one percent.

Direct service providers. Five hundred twenty one surveys were sent. Forty one were undelivered, for an adjusted total of four hundred eighty. Responses received were one hundred fifty nine. Response rate was thirty one percent.

Federal legislators/aides. Five hundred thirty nine surveys were sent. None were undelivered, for an adjusted total of five hundred thirty nine. Responses received were seven. Response rate was one point three percent.

Health care providers. One hundred eighty one surveys were sent. Five were undelivered, for an adjusted total of one hundred seventy six. Responses received were thirty eight. Response rate was twenty two percent.

ILC Administrators. Four hundred three surveys were sent. Three were undelivered, for an adjusted total of four hundred. Responses received were one hundred thirty eight. Response rate was thirty five percent.

Journalists. One hundred twenty four surveys were sent. Four were undelivered, for an adjusted total of one hundred twenty. Responses received were thirty one. Response rate was twenty six percent.

State Special Education Directors. Sixty two surveys were sent. None were undelivered, for an adjusted total of sixty two. Responses received were twenty one. Response rate was thirty four percent.

Last stakeholder group, State Vocational Rehabilitation Directors. Eighty one surveys were sent. None were undelivered, for an adjusted total of eighty one. Responses received were twenty five. Response rate was thirty one percent.

Totals. Five thousand forty surveys were sent. One hundred eight were undelivered, for an adjusted total of four thousand nine hundred thirty two. Responses received were one thousand three hundred eighteen. Overall response rate was twenty seven percent.
