Question Seven: Is there a laptop or desktop computer in your home? Responses are given in percent of overall stakeholders and overall ILC consumers.

Yes was selected by eighty five percent of stakeholders and fifty nine percent of consumers.

No was selected by fourteen percent of stakeholders and thirty nine percent of consumers.
