Question seventeen: Which best describes the area where you live? Responses are given in percent of overall stakeholders and overall ILC consumers.

Rural was selected by thirty two percent of stakeholders and thirty four percent of consumers.

Urban/suburban was selected by sixty four percent of stakeholders and sixty percent of consumers.
